I would like to take a moment to say you gentlemen really amaze me. I want to applaud you the patience you have shown with the people. I have been with your program since last week, been on 2 live calls and I have listened to some pre-recorded calls to fill in the gaps. As a training supervisor for the last 10 years in my secular occupation I tend to listen more on how people react to other people and with your "students" questions (some times the same question is asked many times over) and the frustrations I hear in their voices, you respond VERY professionally and you never come across as being frustrated or irritated. That is very admirable in my book.
