The On Stage Marketing Performance Based Guarantees

1. If, as a student at any level (Gold, Platinum or Diamond), you choose to market OSM’s education and training services and you have been following and implementing our instructions and have not recouped 100% of your enrollment fee within 6 months from the date of your enrollment, OSM will reimburse you 100% of your enrollment fee. This applies only to fees paid for enrollment. You must keep a log of your work and submit this log including all contact information of at least 50 people who own home-based businesses that have confirmed they listened to an On Stage Marketing presentation, live or recorded done by an authorized OSM presenter.
   
   
2. 12-Month Guarantee:  During that 12-month period, if as a student you, 1) attend / or receive recorded downloads of all live classes for one year; 2) apply the techniques you have been taught to marketing any product or service; yet, 3) are not earning a minimum of $50,000.00 per year additional income as a direct result of your education and training from On Stage Marketing, we will reimburse you 100% of your enrollment fee. This applies only to fees paid for enrollment.

   To be eligible for this guarantee, you must: 1) craft a prospecting script; 2) find and secure a lead source based on our training in class; 3) craft a presentation; 4) craft a closing script; and 5) secure and host a conference line presentation (live or recorded) for your products and/or services for a minimum period of 6 months; 6) send prospects to that call, teach people in your business to invite guests to those calls for a period of 6 months, and have documented that 50 prospects have listened to your presentation call. You must provide documentation of compliance with above terms and you must be able to document that you have had actual prospects listen to your presentation.

   If, after this 12-month period, you are not earning an additional $50,000 per year, we will refund your entire purchase price. For the Enrollment Fee Guarantee to be valid, you MUST print, sign and fax the Guarantee Form (found on page 26 of the Quick Start Guide) to On Stage Marketing at 270-916-0066.

Both of these guarantees require your attendance and participation in ALL classes and training sessions that relate to your package purchased. This attendance is tracked electronically. You are REQUIRED to read your Quick Start Guide provided with your purchase and must sign and complete the guarantee agreement and return it to our offices.

BECAUSE OF THE UNRESTRICTED NATURE OF OUR MATERIALS AND LIVE PERFORMANCES WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS, OTHER THAN PROVIDED BY FEDERAL OR STATE LAW, UNLESS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE AGREED TO AND MET.
