Terry Duff
is 29 years old and lives about 20 miles west of Phoenix
in AZ. Like many of you reading this, he wasn't raised
with a silver spoon, nor does he consider himself to be
the brightest kid on the block. At a young age Terry's
folks divorced and his mother did the best she could bringing
up the children. For much of his younger years they were
supported mainly through federal and state assistance
programs. He can vividly recall at the age of 12 going
to the modular located at his elementary school to do
his school clothes shopping. These were belongings donated
by the local community through charity drives and given
back to lower income families. He would stand in line
every August to get his new (used) "threads". He realized
at an early age that this is not a lifestyle he desired
for himself going forward. The events that took place
during his childhood years really gave him the motivation
to make a success of himself, and to not rely on others
for his existence.
At the age of 18 Terry got involved with
several network-marketing programs. It didn't take long
to realize that he had absolutely no clue on how to market
a product, service or opportunity. Over the next 5 years
he worked diligently on constantly trying different techniques
and methods only to find himself losing more and more
money. His checking account was a direct reflection of
his inability to market a product or service. After much
failure and a depleted checking account he really had
to take a step back and assess some of the things that
were taking place to generate his poor results. After
taking some time off to complete his education at the
Arizona State University, he reentered the home based
business arena with a vengeance. At the age of 23 he actually
started seeing some pretty decent results. From the comfort
of his home he began earning as much as $20,000 a week
at the age of 23. It was the knowledge he obtained from
all of his failures that really allowed the lights to
begin flickering for him. He had so many excuses and reasons
that would justify his failure that he realized that the
only thing that could change his destiny was the mindset
and himself that were absolutely vital to see the bigger
picture.
About 3 years ago Gino Niccoli and Terry
met at a call center in which Terry owned a good portion
of. Gino was invited to do some consulting and training
for Terry's phone representatives. After a few months
of really getting to know each other and realizing their
objectives and aspirations really went hand in hand they
partnered up on a few marketing projects that did extremely

Gino Niccoli
has been in direct marketing for almost 18 years. He began
mastering the telephone as a marketing tool at the age
of 18. In 1989 he had the misfortune of losing his fiancé
in a car accident and being first on the scene. It was
quite a traumatic experience. As a result, he found himself
homeless and living on the street for more than 4 months.
He was given a second chance at life and success and has
used this experience as the fire that has driven him to
levels of success that most people only dream about.
His desire to be successful as an entrepreneur
led him to attempt many home based businesses, always
using and mastering the telephone, most of which failed
miserably over and over again. In 1996 he finally began
to see results, in fact, he started another home-based
business and built it successfully to generate almost
3.5 million dollars in 2 years.
For the last 12 years he has been committed
to training and helping others master keys for success
in the marketing arena. Some of the tools that he has
gained vast experience with are:
the telephone, prospecting, closing, lead
generation, positioning, infomercials, direct mail and
many other exciting marketing techniques to explode businesses.
He had always focused this training and marketing expertise
in the corporate environment exclusively. However, after
partnering up with Terry Duff, they both decided to embark
on applying this knowledge of education and training in
the arena of their greatest passion, the home-based business.
Since May of 2003 this expertise has been shared live
to the general public and literally revolutionized home-based
marketers.
It is Gino's sincere desire and passion
to help others reach levels of success they have only
dreamed about and to share with them what he has found
to be the true principles and methods to success in the
home-based business arena. It is our desire as The Dream
Team to expose the home-based business industry for what
it truly is... the purest form of financial independence
readily available to everyone who has a true burning desire
to succeed and a willingness to learn.
We have found in our experience with the
home-based business market that so many companies and
individuals have been teaching principles and techniques
that sound so appealing and easy to implement, but in
the end result in a 98% failure rate.
We believe 90% should be the success rate
not nearly the failure rate and we hope to make this happen
