Denise Bernard

Office Manager.  Along with picking up the telephone and email overflow, Denise is the woman behind the desk.  Denise is really the glue to the puzzle – make no mistake about it, she’s the “woman” behind the scenes that really makes a lot of what you see come to fruition.  Her patience in dealing with clients, super friendly voice ability to multi task and resolve matters quickly and fairly make her a true blessing to OSM.  More administrative than customer service, she keeps the office running clean.  Always a smile on her face, OSM staff and students keep her busy.
